South Africa Johannesburg Sleeping

Previously known as The Grace Hotel, this newly refurbished boutique hotel is nestled in the lilac jacaranda tree lined avenues of Rosebank. The interior oozes modern decadence, grey muted tones juxtaposed with silver and gilt baroque mirrors and chandeliers. The location is central and the perfect base for discovering Johannesburg. So much so, that while I was staying there the cast and crew of the new Mandela film, Long Walk to Freedom were staying at the hotel too!
