Just around the corner from the Gainsbourg house is the weird and wonderful world of Deyrolle. It may not be the most obvious place to visit in Paris but the taxidermy curiosities are fascinating and inspiring. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.
You are right, this certainly suits a particular style of person. I had a couple of clients ask to see this and then couldnt get out of there quick enough.
